Re: WPA key uses same keypad choice back to back

Hi nichollsvi2,

Thank you for using the Support Forum. On the WorkCentre 3215 using the numeric keypad. To enter capital letters, press the number several times. For example, the number [2] will enter the following letters: a, b, c, A, B, C, 2.  Use the [Down] arrow to move the next letter or number.  If you need to correct a number, use the [Up] arrow key to move backwards. Please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance if this does not help.

Thanks,

WPA key uses same keypad choice back to back

Product Name: WorkCentre 3215
Operating System: Windows 10

Hi,

My WorkCentre went down and I'm trying to reconnect to the router. I can get to where I need to put in the WPA key. The key includes something like xrdab, so that when I get the little a typed in, I need to make the keypad go to the next letter so I can type the lower case b in. The little a and little b are on the same keypad number. How do I get the keypad to move over while its still blinking?
