New Install of PrimeLink C9065.
We cannot get a login prompt on the CWIS page. It automatically opens to "user" mode. When I try to make changes to address or view the address book it comes up "failed to Login" but no prompt to change access level to "admin"
We set the admin access on the IOT to "admin" and "1111"
This did not change the web access and it still loads to user mode and no "admin" prompt
This is urgent as I need to me changes and it is a competitive knockout .

We have used the other 3 web browsers with same results so it is a setting on the IOT I believe but can't find anything in searchlight for the Primelink showing a solution for this issue.
I foud next solution for 550, but not sure if it work also for PrimeLink:
CWIS did not like some settings that were changed and locked it up.
Then have customer reconfigure CWIS.
