I had this problem when 1111 didn't work. It was my solution:

"The initial default password can be 1111 or the serial number of the printer, which can be found on the serial number label on the back of the printer."

Hi,

The default credentials are admin / 1111. But if was changed, you will need a tech to reset it (for security reasons), because "Memory Clear" is part of Diagnostic Mode, accessible for service engineers.

Hello,

I want to turn off my Startup Page and Banner Page in the 'Properties > Services > Printing', but it's prompting for Login ID and Password.  I do not know the Login ID or Password.  I don't recall assign one.  I searched the forum and have tried 'admin' / '1111' but it doesn't work.  I tried my local Windows Login / Password but it doesn't work.  I tried 'admin' / 'blank' or 'blank' / 'admin' combination.  I tried to reset it but of course it would required my Login / Password.

My Login Methods is "Local Authentication".   Please help!  I'm out of idea.
