The Machine will let you know when it's time to replace these parts. However you can check the supply levels from the device and you can also setup email alerts to prompt you when they are low or running out. Click this link for instructins on how to check the supply levels and set up email alerts, https://www.support.xerox.com/en-us/article/en/2150045.
I'm looking for current percentage usage (or just 1 or 0 value). If it's time to replace or not. Xerox's firmware does know when it is time to replace these supplies. I was looking through SNMP to find where that information is coming from.
Hello, Our supplies do not have a SNMP OID value associated with them. What exact information are you needing from the transfer ooler or fuset that you belive the SNMP OID value will provide?
I'm trying to get SNMP OID's values for maximum and current capacity of transfer roller and fuser.
I'm pretty sure that is it:
.1.3.6.1.2.1.43.11.1.1.8.1.10 - transfer roller (-2)
.1.3.6.1.2.1.43.11.1.1.8.1.12 - fuser (-2)
.1.3.6.1.2.1.43.11.1.1.9.1.10 - transfer roller (-3)
.1.3.6.1.2.1.43.11.1.1.9.1.12 - fuser (-3)
The problem is that these values don't mean anything.
Is there anything else? Where are the actual values?
