The first contact opened a ticket, but was not willing to give me the ticket number and told me that nothing will happen without prepayment. I am still waiting for a confirmation email stating that this ticket has indeed been opened.
Sorry, but this is not very customer friendly and leaves a stale aftertaste with no positive aftertaste.

SN: AT1233051 This is a used Phaser 7800DX.
After enable HTTPS with above firmware versions, I'm not able anymore to access the Phaser Webpage on HTTPS changed port 10443. I only get a lightblue screen. Did try with latest Firefox 109.0 and Safari 16.3 on macOS 13.2 as well as with latest Firefox 109.0 and Edgebrowser on Windows 11. Importing the pemcert.crt I did download before activating HTTPS doesn't help at all.
I then had to clear the NVRAM and start over again and after I found this ticket, did try to install the mentioned firmware 08115011918804 but the Phaser 7800DX did NOT install the firmware despite the upload with disabled HTTPS did work without faliure message.
So right now I'm asking for help to install a working actual firmware which does allow me to activate HTTPS and also to use my own HTTPS Port and all of this without to have to install and configure Let's encrypt inside the network.
