BarrieB,
Download the latest GPD from Xerox by clicking here. (Make sure to select the corrrect OS.) After you download the file, right click on the file and select Properties > Click Unblock and then proceed to extract/run the downloaded file and to install the print driver.
Other things to check: make sure SNMP is un-checked under ports.
Thank you,
Jordan

Its citrix terminal servers so I cant do it any other way.
Thanks for you help though
Hey!
Ah okey, sry but I do not have anymore suggestions for you.
It would probably solve the issue, what about installing the new driver as a stand-alone, which means you dont uninstall the older driver?
Thanks!

We tried this when the first one of these arrived, but when we installed the newer driver is stopped all communication with the printers that were still using the previous one. We then found out that the driver had been pulled from the download site as it has some coding issues. Someone from xerox was supposed to come up and go through the best process to upgrade the driver to the latest version as we have hundreds of servers and mfds so doing it all in one go is not an option.
Heya!
I would suggest you update to the later Global Print Driver, when done go to Properties -> Options -> Configuration -> and select the correct printer, save this by clicking OK, afterwards go back to Properties -> Configuration -> Accounting.
And now you should be able to select the correct option you want.
Hope this helps
Thanks!

We have a Workcentre 5325 and are using GPD version 5126.1900.0.0 the printer is using the pcl6 driver as it doesn't work with the pcl one. I need to enable accounting but when I try to enable it on the print server, the drop down list is grayed out so I cannot enable it.
Can anyone help?
Thanks
