I have done the upgrade. However hi-res pictures gets caught in the print cue and produces the same network error. Could it the size of the onboard memory? The file is 1.5MB it doesn't make sense.
what error do you actually have when printing that kind of document? do you get an error sheet or something? have you tried upgrading your mac drivers to vs : OSX Univeral Driver_v2_41_0_636
thats the latest version atm, call xerox to obtain it since its not on the download site yet
The firmware 061.090.221.22201. I recreate the network error with the same situation i mentioned with the transparent image in word document
that has nothing todo with that ntp error :)
what is your fiirmware level? also have you tried updating drivers?
in the first firmware releases the machine controller went offline, that was fixed in newer firmware
Thanks for swift response. I am able to print the trouble is when the document has a .png included or layered pdf.
when configuring make sure that your gateway and dns settings are correct , also your firewall must allow traffic through port 80 and 443 from the machine to internet
what ntp server have you setup ?
