I have followed those same steps but it will not save the User's information. And this is on any MacOSX system. And we are using WorkCentre 5765 and ColorQube 9201. The User's information is able to be saved on Microsoft Windows OS.

Having problems getting accounting working with OSX on a Workcentre 7530. I've setup the accounting codes in the driver but they are not working.
We are using Xerox Standard Accounting and using the default group. I've checked that the codes are correct and have used both the prompting and not prompting methods.
It works fine on the windows machines we have. Any ideas would be appreciated.
