this problem has been reported and solution is not yet provided, as far as I am aware.

This behaviour is replicable with the lastest SPAR 061.121.223.09002, when using secure print and print feature. Also with power mode enabled.

This has not been reported with copy jobs.

If you setup the user account to maximum impressions (16000000), this should stop happening. This is a suggestion and result to a tested behaviour, not a solution.

In order to diminish impact you can also disable power save settings.

hi. We hace a WC 7530 which was working fine. We deceided to use Accounts, and for some prints in color it says "Job deleted because user account is depleted. Notify administrator before trying again"

What does that mean??
