why not use workflow scanning => scan to folder for bigger files?

Yes, it is done here. In this example, no email will be larger than 768KB, it will break any job up to 100 times in order to send the file. (100 separate emails), if it takes less it will use less, if it takes more it will fail.

Hi,

I like the scalling functionality of the 7530, everything is setup: I can scan documents and email the out.

Unfortunately when I scan a big pile of pages (e.g. 50 pages) the job gets to big and it does not get emailed out. I do not need it as one big PDF in my mailbox, multiple emails and multiple PDFs is just fine. I will combine and reassemble afterwards.

What is the best way to approach this? Is there a setting to have it send a PDF for each 10 pages it scans for example?
