Hello James,

I wasn't able to find any information around your question, so I would recommend you contact Support at 1-800-821-2797 and ask to speak with an Analyst. Please have your Xerox Serial Number ready as they will need that to authenticate you.

XDM & Table Preferences

Product Name: Xerox Remote Services
Operating System: Windows Server 2016

I have a question: my client (Transamerica) has recently de-commissioned OS Windows Server 2008 and we are now running XDM on a OS Windows Server 2016 , XDM SW version 6.4.17. The issue I am runnig into is that under the "Table Preferences" the fields that I have added and "save" willl not stay after the XDM times out. I typically have 22 fields that I use for the client, and too have to re-submit the fields everytime XDM times out is not benefical to my time. We were running SW version 5.15.27 on the old server, and the fields would stay locked in without having to re-submit. Is there a setting within 6.4.17 that can be changed to lock in the table preferences? Thank you for your time.
