Nope, that is the only option that affects the report you are referring to. I just tested it and it works on mine.

Thanks for the reply but I already tried this option and it did not solve the problem, it still continues printing error report of XSA ..
Would you have another option?
At the printer login as the admin and select Machine Status > Tools > User interface > Job Sheets > Error Sheets > Disabled > Save and then log back out.
Cannot be done via CWIS
I'm having trouble with error reports, should any users inserts an invalid XSA ID, which is generating a lot of paper spending.
Model Xerox Phaser 3635MFP.
I've searched in several places and got no success. Can someone help me?
