Yes, i got the same problem i fix it downgrading the firmware to the version 69.14.01 until xerox fix it

Sorry but it isn't a local issue, but a global one. Xerox should investigate better.

XSA Versalink C7120 has bugs.

Product Name: Other - specify product in post
Operating System: Windows 10 x64

Despite Versalink C7020, Versalink C7120 don't works properly using XSA. We tried many times configuring an account to manage just color copies/prints. Test OK, but if we power down the machine then when up again the created account disappear. The machine has the last software on the Xerox site: 69.21.91. Does anyone got this problem? Thanks
