Hi! Today I tested your link for the Centreware WEB 2.058 upgrade. Unfortunately it doesn't help because it was a really earlier version than that we ha installed 5.2.14
Also we have a problem with the downloading, because the link which was mentioned (english version) in that article doesn't open.
After some modifications, we can make some reports in cww, but there are a few problems remeaning with it. There is a Device Based Accounting oppurtonity in the administration menu, which says the importing was ok, but if we ask any usage reports, it writes there is no data. Anyway, can cww make exact usage-counter reports (with different users like Standard Accounting .csv, and importing data from the copiers xsa) WITHOUT Network Accounting Kit? Or we have to install this kit on the copiers, and we have to type in the users to the cww?
We also have strange issues with snmp information. If I select a printer, and I ask details from it, sometimes it freezes, and I have to go back to a different menu. For example it writes that accounting mode is disabled, while that machine is running with standard accounting....

Thank you for using the Support Forum. The reports from the Standard Accounting are accessed from the CentreWare Internet Services page there is not a way to automate the process.
As for the CentreWare Web please take a look at the solution for No Data. If this does not help please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.
We have 3 Workcentre machines, 7120, 5330, and 7225. Those machines use Standard Accounting. If I open their web pages, and I manually download their csv report, the files are ok, and everything seems right.
We need to export the three csv automatically, is there any solution to export those report from the devices, without open their web admin page?
We tried XDA Lite Application, it can make a good csv export file, about the meters of the machines, but it doesn't contains the detailed accounting information about users.
We also tried Centreware WEB Solution, and at the administration page, we found a Device based accounting page. It writes that Data retrieval OK, but if we try to make reports, it writes NO DATA (it doesn't matters that which group we selected. Unfortunately we also have same problems with other reports. If I manually click on the notifier icon before the name of a printer (on the printers page) I see all detailed information about every printers.
