XSA with Mifare TWN3 USB Reader

my understanding is that those elatec twn readers dont work with XSA, you need to use the equitrac readers 

i use the twn 3 readers with other XSA tools , then its working fine (papercut mf) for example

Hello together,

i have a problem with a XSA installation. I installed the XSA and testet it with the "normal" USB reader from Equitrac. In this combination everything works fine! My problem is, that our customer wants to use other card readers: a Mifare TWN3 USB reader.

The reader accepts the chip but doesn't log in. In the display of the machine (WorkCentre 7225) is a message: please insert the PIN.

After inserting the PIN manualy the authentification works but this isn't the way it should work. With the Equitrac reader we don't need to enter a PIN to authentificat.

I used the latest version of XSA from the Xerox website. Is there a download somewhere to a newer Version or do I need a patch? Or isn't it possible to use other card readers than the Equitrac reader with XSA? We thougt that this should be possible with the WorkCentre 7225 (and Connect Key).
