I guess try another browser. I simply cannot replicate that.

Be sure you create a self signed cert, reboot, enable HTTPS, reboot and if the option isn't there you will have to try upgrading firmware, but what you are seeing is expected (greyed out) and there has never been a firmware that had a bug where it simply can't be enabled after the self signed is run.

Hi thanks for getting back to me that didnt work, upload certificate is still greyed out

FujiXerox does things a little odd.

Create the self signed and reboot, then you can upload your cert. They go by the assumption you will use the device cert to get one created.

Xerox 5330 issues

Product Name: WorkCentre 5325/5330/5335
Operating System: Windows 10 x64

Good Afternoon

Due to Microsoft patching our domain controllers i am tasked with enabling SSL on all 5330s in our organisation. problem being is i am unable to upload a security certificate as the option is greyed out.

how do i enable this feature?
