Just n quick one - User got a Xerox 5335, a Xerox tech had to wipe the printer due to some fault it had. Now all the accounts has been configured again BUT... Now the users when they log into the printer they need to enter username and password and they informed that before they only had to enter their password and not both.
How can I change it to ask only for the password and not the username?

machine Status > Tools > Authentication / Security Settings > Authentication > Passcode Policy > Off

I'm accessing the printer remotley, is there a way to do it through the web interface?
In the meantime I will try and talk the users on-site through it and see.
It can only be done at the machine itself.
