Xerox 5855 - Export Device User Database?

Thank you Joe,

I had to power down and back up the copier for the export to work. Our experience with the 5855 is that they are quirky. I am looking forward to swapping them out when the lease is up.

If they are XSA users, yes you can.

Properties > Login / Permissions / Accounting > Users and Limits > Edit

You can Export / Import in the dropdown at the right

Is there a way to export the device user database on a WC 5855 to include the username and password so it can be imported into another 5855?
