I have a 6050 Wide Format machine with an AccXES Controller running Job Accounting. This has worked fine for several years. I attempted to set up my first Windows 7 PC to print and I cannot get the Job Accounting to work. When I print to the 6050 from Windows 7 I am not prompted for the User ID and Account ID like I am when I print from a Windows XP PC. I am using the version 14.0.4 driver for the 6050. I have also tried the 15.0.5 driver (for the 6050A) with no success. The version of my AccXES controller is 12.5 Build 120. My dealer says that this issue cannot be fixed because Xerox would have to write a newer version of firmware for the controller. Does anyone have any experience with this issue?
