Thank you for using the Support Forum. If you have tried the reset steps, then you will need to contact your local support centre.  The support centre may be able to reset over the Internet or they may have to send a technician out to reset.  If the machine is only a month old the service may be covered by your warranty.

Xerox 65615 dn I cannot factory reset

Operating System: Windows 10 x64

Hello, we have 6515dn 1 month and now I cannot acces to some menu columns - connections etc. via display on machine.

when I login via web browser as admin, I get to all columns, but cant change anything - the requested operation cannot be processed. possible causes are a job is in progres.image.png

on display I can login as admin too, but cant do factory reset - a lot parts of menu are inaccessible.

I please for advice how to reset or what to do for changing settings again.
