Xerox Accounting

We are currently using Paper Cut to track all of our printing, however I have 5 78series MFPs that I have to run reports on a monthly basis from and then combine them to track all of our off the glass. Is there a Xerox solution that can run these reports and reset counts for me? It would save a lot of time, the upgrade of PC just did not provide the bang for the buck for us.

Does PC not have embedded clients on each device which will track walk-up features for logged-in users and combine in same report?

Using Xerox Standard Accounting to track this for multiple machines will be labour intensive and pretty much pointless especially if there are over 20 users

PC MF does track off the glass, however we only have NG. Being a church we wanted to save where we could. Unfortunately with NG I have to run the report on all 5 machines put them in a fusion table to combine them and then go from there. There are 100+ users on each MFP. It is a major pain, but in a church we have to what our elders and deacons approve.

I appreciate that. XSA is a separate database off users on each device. This can be cloned if all the same but assuming different users. Then you need to manually create and manage pins. Then manually export reports to csv and combine. Lots of work. Your time here may be offset by upgrading to MF
