Xerox C405DN userID to print

So first time I configured without Account ID and it work, but I had problem when I add password to specific user on the printer website, because I didn't found the password config in the pc, it only ask me the user ID and it doesn't print but say it was sucessfull printed lol... So I added the general account, for the account ID I used the same number on the others printers, linking to the standard account and put the same password as the account ID, configuring the general account on property of the printer in the PC and it worked.

In the beginning it was difficult to configure, but now I can understand better.

Hello,

We are using the Xerox Printer and all of then we are using the accounting meter (We have a list of user on it) and every month we generate reports and after that we reset the data usage. So another printer came here for one of department (C405DN) and I'm trying to config for only 2 user of that department can print there, I inserted 2 user and chossen the second option (I attached the print screen) with 4 digits ID, and did it the same on the printer config on the windows to have the same ID, but when I print it say the error code: 016-757 undefined user

what did I do wrong?
