I used Google Chrome, Firefox, IE 9 and IE 10 with the same result.  Also installed Java version 7 update 65, which was not a requirement, on the client and the host running CWW.  The Printer Actions window still does not appear.  Installing on a Window 7 workstation now to see if I get the same result.

I need to clarify my first problem.  I don't see the Printer Action window that allows me to Install, Troubleshoot, Modify Traps, Delete Printers, etc.  I saw the window in a screen shot inside some Xerox documentation but I cannot get it to appear in my console.

Any suggestions?

I ran a subnet discovery using SNMP to find all my printers and add to the CWW Console.  I discovered several printers I want removed from the console.  How can I remove them individually? 

I created several groups based and wish to assign discovered printers to specific groups? 

I reviewed these topics in the Admin Guide but can't determince how to perform these functions.  Thank you in advance for your help.
