I'm hoping you can help, we have recently installed Xerox device agent, however we've having difficulty in it talking back to Xerox, the connection fails on 'contacting CDG Server'. We've asked several times for Xerox to confirm the address it connects back to, however only ever seem to get sent the ports not the address, there doesn't seem to any listed in the help documents.
The only address I can really see is: remserv00.support.xerox.com in our internet logs, and we've got an allow rule for port 443 setup for that.
the 2 denotes external connectivity outside the LAN.
