Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please take a look at the solution for printing from the bypass tray and make sure you have the setting set properly at the machine.  If this does not help please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

Xerox Pahser 3600 not picking up from Bypass tray

Good day everybody...one of our users has a Xerox Phaser 3600 and no matter how I change the setting on the printer itself it still doesn't pick up from the bypass tray. The only it picks up from the bypass tray is when it prints a configuration page., but printing from Windows it doesn't pick it up.

 

I already changed the drivers using PCL and PS. I was wondering if I just reset the whole printer to factory default? 

Any ideas on how to resolve this please?
