Xerox Secrure Access

We have two types of machines at a customer using Xerox Secrure Acess. WC5335 and a WC7125. They connected to teh same Xerox Secure Access system. A user will be able to authenticate on the WC5335, but the same user with the same credentials fails to authenticate on the WC7125. This happens to all the users. What are the possible root cause or this error?
