Additional information:

 

When trying to register an HID card, I get "Access Denied". AD account is unlocked and the same construct as every other account.

I'm trying to add a user account in the secure access manager. I keep getting a message the user account exists. In scrolling through the accounts I cannot find that specific account. Since this is tied to AD I can't just add in anything. I'd use the search feature in the product but...( oh wait there isn't one :/ ).

 

Any suggestions for finding the account in addition to scrolling through 1349 users would be helpful.
