Hello Steve,

I beleive that is correct and it is when the Admin ID is used. You can try to test that by tracking the number before and after making a copy with the Admin ID to see if it increase. Or you can call Support and ask them for validation: 1-800-821-2797

Xerox Standard Accounting Report-What is "System User"?

Product Name: AltaLink B8045 / B8055 / B8065 / B8075 / B8090 Multifunction Printer
Operating System: Windows 10

What is the "System User" ID on a Xerox Standard Accounting report (usually box A3 on the Excel csv file), and why are there copies being tallied under it?

Is it the number of copies made while logged under the admin account?
