On Customer demand we monitor the usage counters on WC71xx and C70xx printers . on old machines the accounting counters coinside with billing montly meters. Once the customes switched on new C70xx machines we have approximately 7-10 % difference in accounting tab and montly billing meters. Say in 5000 montly clicks we have about 400-500 orphelin prints . All drivers and FW are up to date. One bug I have found: A3 prints dont go to users Aditron counter but we still have substatial difference in the park. Thanks for help and suggestions.
