Thank you for using the Support Forum. I am not sure what machine you are using but please take a look at this information about the UAT found in the online support.  Make sure you have met all these requirements.  If there is still an issue please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

Xerox Usage Analysis Tool won't start

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

After Installing the UAT I get the attached error and the program will not start. Services are started. Any help?
