I have this error: 016-405 in one Versalink C7025 of my company. How can I fix it?
I don't know if it's because of this, but I can't do nothing in the backend of the printer.
Everytime I try to delete a contact, or create one, or modify, I have always the error:
The Requested operation cannot be processed

Or I can do this in the Embedded Web Server?
After a lot of researching it looks like neither of these options exist anywhere in UI tools or machine's web interface (as per service manual). You will need a tech to perform an HDD format via Special Boot.
