Without a third-party application I do not think you will not be able to accompish this task. I would look into http://www.equitrac.com/ or http://www.ysoft.com/.

Xerox WorkCentre 3325 - individual passwords

Hello, can I set up my WorkCentre machine for "auditron"? i would like each user to have a separate code that they must enter in order to make copies. I would also like to print a "user report" showing how many copies each user made on a monthly basis.
