Hi!
Instructions for how to schedule the image overwrite can be found on the product support page at www.xerox.com.

Here are instructions on how to confirm that the image overwrite is in process from the walk-up control panel. http://www.support.xerox.com/support/WC7328_WC7335_WC7345/support/en_US.html?objGUID=23052
This model does not print out a hard copy confirmation page when a scheduled or on-demand image overwrite occurs. Instead, if you have enabled audit logging on the device, an entry is written to the audit log to record the successful completion of the image overwrite.
The audit log can be downloaded from the web user interface as a .csv file by logging in as an administrator. Instructions for this are in the system admin guide for the product, available from the product support page http://www.support.xerox.com/support/workcentre-7328-7335-7345-7346/support/enus.html under the documentation tab.

Select the number of overwrites
Hello,
My company has just completed a printer upgrade. After doing this I started doing image overwrites on all the printers we are sending back to Xerox. However I have gotten to one particular printer. It is a Xerox WorkCentre 7345. I sign I navigate to the Overwrite options and it has two options:
Number of Overwrites
Scheduled Overwrite
I've scheduled overwrites multiple times on this machine, but they never run. How can I get the overwrite to run on this machine? I have it set for three overwrites.
I've been searching for answers on this and still haven't found, any ideas?
