you may want to open your browser "in private browsing" if using internet explorer. make sure you have cleared your cache. Also you can connect to the machine with your laptop with a crossover cable and see if it logs in through the http port.

If all else fails reset the machine to the factory default.

what is the error you got? After 3 attempts you have to reboot the machine to be able to logjn again... Maybe the device is locked?

Hey folks,

We have a Xerox WorkCentre 7346 on site and it seems we can make changes to the device from the control screen while at the device, but when trying to make changes via the web interface, I cant get the password to accept...

Attempting:

username: 11111     password x-admin

When loggin in while at the device I can log on with 11111, but no password it seems.

Am I missing something? How can I reset the password so I can manage it online?
