The printer has no function to do this, best bet is to run a 3rd party application and run through that.
Papercut can do that I believe.
Hello, is it possible to export or log print job information as soon as they complete? I'm in an environment with 80 to 90 users, and we don't use Active Directory, so none of them belong to a domain. I am looking to extract information like the computer name that sent the print job, the time the job was initiated, the number of pages, etc. Is this possible? Has anyone managed to do this without being in an AD environment?
