I would suggest that you call into the support department at 1-800-821-2797 to make sure everything is setup correctly.
We have gotten notices that for the last 60 days, our copiers are not communicating with Xerox. However, when I go into the machine settings and Synchronize, the copier tells me "Communication with Xerox successful!" Maybe there's an issue where if the copier initiates the communication it works, but if Xerox does, it's blocked?
Can anyone let me know what else I should be checking, or if I need to verify that a site needs to be whitelisted?
