Xerox standard accounting failure on Mac

Hi,

LPR mode was the answer. If printer is added via IP and IPP protocol, XSA does not work. But with LPR protocol it will work nice and smooht.

verry difficult to use XSA on MAC, it was always a problem, and will be a problem in future

the best aproach is to setup the printer manual, by adding the printer manual on IP protocol, then select mode LPR

Hi,

We have customer who has only Macs on their office. They want to use Xerox Standard accounting, but it does not work with Mac.

I have tested it with version 10.14, 10.15 and now 11.1. Same error every time. But with Windows machine, same AltaLink with XSA works fine.

Then I did same tests with WorkCentre 6655 and everything works with Mac and Windows. So bug is on the AltaLink series 80xx. Haven't tested 81xx series yet.

Is there any work around for that?
