I cannot get my set up to work where I work. I have set up a fuji xerox apeosport III c4400 printer and another apeosport III c3300 printer and none of them will work in xp with accounting. I go to print test page and the authentication box never pops up but it pops up in windows 7. We have a mixed enivronment. I've reinstalled the drivers and restarted the server and restarted the workstations. It still doesn't work as expected. I have set it to administrator in the configuration tab the user mode and I've set the user detail set up to prompt for user id and passcode etc. There is only one print queue for each printer. XP and Windows 7 are using the same x86 PCL driver version 2.7.1. Any suggestions where I might be going wrong. I've rang xerox up and they haven't been much help.
