You can't print it at the printer, Just modify the downloaded file by deleting the unwanted columns before you print it.

In the olden days, Xerox printers allowed you to print the report but not to download it, people complained they did not want paper reports, and that it was dumb to have to get billed for doing the process to find out who to bill and how much.

Instead of adding the option to download the report, it seems they decided to eliminate the original way completely.

I don't think they would add it back if asked to, unless many people wanted the feature, you can try though, call Xerox and state you want to do a FER (Feature Enhancement Request) for your printer

i have a versalink c7030 and would like to know if there a way to print the accounting report directly from the printer the only way i found was by download it in the accounting manage a .csv file but when i open it there is so many thing that it take 10 page to print everything otherwise is there a way to configure less information on the .csv file like the limit for copy and limit for printing?
