If accounting is being used you do need to set it up in the driver on ur computer, depending on what OS you have.

HERE is how to set up XSA(Xerox Standard Accounting) on Windows.

HERE is how to set up XSA on MAC OS X.

I am getting printout from Xerox Work centre 5632

   The job was deleted due to invalid accounting IDs

    Whre I suppose to put accounting ID?
