Which is why I stated that if the login works on one, it has to work on the other. And then listed theoretical reasons you could have the issue.
When you asked how to know the admin login I provided what the default information is because if someone could just look up what the admin account login is for a device, there would be absolutely no point in having an admin account.
Most likely you would need a technician visit to wipe the device, but some machines can be reset by Xerox with a phone call, so it can't hurt to call support.
By default it is username = admin and password = 1111
You need admin access to change the admin credentials.
The admin account on the web page is identical to the one on the control panel, so if you have access to one and not the other:
1. The browser is causing the problem
2. It isn't the same printer you walked up to
3. Corrupted to point that only a complete format and reload will fix.
I can enter the system panel on the printer, but cant enter the web acces. I might have changed the username of the admin account, but cant really remember wich was. Is there a way to reset login to default?
