cannot enable Job accounting in centreware web

Product Name: CentreWare
Operating System: Windows 7 x64

i m facing issue with work centre 5855

Job accounting is enabled in the machine and working for both print and copy but showing disabled in centreware. i have tried to enable it by edting the properties but job accouting combo is set to none (with no other option)

I have tried to troubleshoot but still the same. restart machine, restart system, restart iis but the same.

Plz help. I need to get user usage details
