Just about every printer Xerox provides has Secure Print, method is always the same as far as I know, pick the dropdown, type in a passcode that will be required to release it, then go to the printer and retrieve it with that same code.

Job is found on the printer via the Job Status screen, method from there depends on the model/product family.

create print passwords

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

We are have 25 associates in our office and have over 10 printers.  We want to eliminate the printers and only use the copiers.  Is there a way we can create individual passwords for each to sent to printer and extract their job using a password?
