we recently bought a C8030 and have an issue with the SMTP login via STARTTLS
if we use our own hosting then the provider is giving an error
2019-10-29 14:14:55 TLS error on connection from [145.xxx.xxx.1xx]:42053 (SSL_accept): error:00000000:lib(0):func(0):reason(0)
STARTTLS is not working in combination with the mailsoftware on the servers. these allow only SSL- of TLS-connections
Using a lower sequrity home provider then it works fine
It is not a error of entering the wrong info, but a communication between the Xerox and our hosting.
Anyone had this problem as well and found a solution?
