error in Calling xrxPrintInitiatePrintJobURL?

Product Name: VersaLink B405 Multifunction Printer
Operating System: Windows 10 x64

I try to develop a ConnectKey app that does printing work on my MFP using XRXJavascriptLibrary , but when calling xrxPrintInitiatePrintJobURL, can i set the printJobUrl parameter to be the path of a local pdf file inside app folder? And what should I put for the printJobTicket? i kept getting a status of 500 on the xmlhttprequest status when i test it?

can someone help to verify it?
