Call Xerox support, use the Serial number of the AltaLink you are testing on.
They will escalate the call to 2nd level, 2nd level support will need a scan of the Configuration report from the printer, and the EIP app in question if it isn't already in the App Studio or App Gallery.
It would be helpful to have the Config sheet of the Connectkey device that does work for comparison and replication.

We checked this setting on Altalink .
This is already enabled but still same issue.
My guess is that you need to enable Remote Start on the AltaLink, it is off by default on Connectkey and AltaLink, but possibly yours was enabled before-hand.
We have connectkey application .
It call the function named xrxScanInitiateScan in XRXScan.js. it worked well in all other types of MFPs except AltaLink ( we tested on C8045)
But when this was call we got error, the response is as below
