Otherwise to reset to factory try:

1. From the home screen, touch Settings > Device > Restore Factory Defaults.
2. In the Restore Settings menu, select the settings that you want to restore.
3. Touch RESTORE.
4. Follow the instructions on the display

The username is case sensitive be sure to enter it as Admin and not admin.

Have you tried to login with the user "admin" and serial number of the machine as password?
