Yes, I am downloading the driver from your website. I have already reset the printing systems, uninstalled/reinstalled the driver, restarted the computer, etc.
Interestingly, I can print PDFS from Adobe reader (there is no missing accounting code error), but cannot print word documents via Microsoft Office for Mac.
We are using the built in controller version. Is there a way to identify the controller? I can't seem to find it in the configuration report.
Did you download the 8045 Catalina driver found HERE? Did the Xerox driver not help?
The 7535/7556 have 2 configurations and only the one with the Built In Controller is compatible with Catalina OS.
I have the same problem after upgrading to Catalina for my macbook. I already reset the printing system on my mac and reinstalled the drivers. Doesn't work.

downloaded latest driver 5.3.0_2118, removed and added printer back using driver install .dmg, prompts for code, will use preset code, always prints error notice.
