Thank you for using the Support Forum. On the WorkCentre 7225 that feature is called secure print.  Please take a look at the solution for sending a secure print job to the printer.  If this does not help please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

locked print function like as Ricoh multifunction Printer

I have one PC but many users use this PC, So I want to locked print function like as Ricoh multifunction Printer for Xerox 7225 multifunction Printer, a password is specified when sending the document, and that password must be entered on the multifunction copier before it can be printed. Since the document will not be printed until the owner reaches the device, locked print makes sure that the document will remain under the control of its owner.
