my 5655 somehow reset meter/billing

I was doing my normal meter reads for the end of the month (Dec) and noticed on one of my Xerox WC5655 that it seemed off.  The read was 1,105 and last month it was 31,733.  I keep a service log and there were 0 Xerox Service Techs to the machine and I was there 2 times:

1)Cleared a paper jam out of fuser area - this would not cause it

2) Change a feature default (from Job Status to Features/Services) - this would not cause it

 

There was a power outage Dec 2nd and fault code that day 02-320 System Fault in Machine.

 

So it appears that somehow the meter/billing got reset and I don't know how it happened.

I am also attaching a copy of the configuration report I printed out a couple days ago.  Is there something unusual about information on the back page under "Network Setup(cont.)" > ERROR:  syntaxerror.......??
